Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

I earned my bachelor's degree from Clemson University in Molecular Biology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Wingate University. After practicing in every setting of physical therapy, I found my love for Outpatient Orthopedics. During that time, I added a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling credential (among others) to my skill set, ensuring I can tackle complex issues head-on

My principles of treatment are based in phased recovery programs that gradually improve loading/conditioning to activity specific levels, while modulating pain. I also specialize in navigating the spectrum of care (which doctor, which service, which diagnostic, which treatment)--a specialty that is lacking in today's medical system.

At Clemson, I walked on to the Division I track and field team, gaining firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of running 90–120 miles per week. I can deeply empathize with any and all injuries athletes can experience in that performance tier. Beyond the track, I’ve pursued rock climbing (sport and bouldering), lacrosse, backpacking, basketball, football, tennis, and crew—so I’ve seen just about every athletic hurdle out there. Over the years I’ve proudly supported competitors from fencers to UFL players in clinical practice.

On the business side, I’ve planned, launched, and scaled two de novo clinics and turned around a third in Washington, D.C.—one of the nation’s most competitive, high-cost markets. I built a self-sustaining portfolio and fostered a network that elevates care quality across the region. I’m also active in local business advisory and development groups, where I help small businesses dream bigger, optimize their operations, and strengthen our community.

At my foundation, I love fixing things and helping win seemingly un-winnable situations!
